Easy Granola
  1. Combine oats, flaxseed, brown sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla, oil, and honey. Mix wet ingredients with dry. Add 1/2 C nuts if you desire (I used slivered almonds). Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool and store in the fridge or freezer.
