Santa at Lindale Mall

November 16th-December 25th All Day |  Lindale Mall

Visit Santa in Lindale Mall near Justice!! Visits are free. You may pay for a professional photo package. You can skip the line and get VIP treatment with a fastpass by scheduling it here.

Paws & Claus

December 1st from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  |  Lindale Mall

Bring your pet to Lindale Mall for a dose of holiday cuteness at Paws & Claus! Mix and mingle with other pet lovers while your furry friend takes a paw-satively adorable photo with Santa. There will also be some special treats for your fur babies! Make sure to use the doors located by CR Spirits, behind Cheddars!! See you there!

Sensitive Santa

December 8th from 9:00-11:00 a.m.  |  Lindale Mall

Santa is for everyone. But for children and families with special needs, seeing Santa can bring on stress, anxiety and even panic. For those on the autism spectrum and those with related sensory sensitivities, a Santa visit can mean crowded spaces, long lines and a swirl of competing noise that can create an overstimulating and upsetting environment. That’s why we’ve created a sensory-friendly experience that welcomes guests with all types of special needs to enjoy a magical morning with Santa before regular center activities begin.

Cookies & Claus

December 21st from 12:30-2:30 p.m.  |  Lindale Mall

Cookies and Santa Claus = the perfect combination! Join us on Saturday, December 21st from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in the food court for our Cookies & Claus event! You don’t want to miss this! We’ll have cookies to decorate, milk to enjoy along with your cookies, face painting, crafts, and of course Santa will be stopping by to say hi!

Santa at Tannenbaum Forest (Amana)

Weekends November 29th-December 22nd  | Tannenbaum Forest in Amana

This Santa is one of our favorites! Head to the Tanenbaum Forest to visit Santa, see all of the amazing trees, and take part in the wonderful activities!! View the hours and list of activities here.

Santa at Von Maur in Iowa River Landing

December 7th-8th and December 14th-15th from Noon-5:00 p.m.

Santa will be at Von Maur in Coralville from Noon-5:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Be sure to get there early because there can be a line (and the line is cut off at 4:00). Bonus, they will take your photo for you and give you a FREE 5×7!

Santa at Newbo Market

Nov 30th, Dec 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd from Noon-4:00 p.m.  |  Newbo City Market

Santa is coming to NewBo City Market! Stop to tell Santa what you want for Christmas and get your picture in front of our Christmas tree display. Visit Santa from 12:00-4:00 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

Santa at Collins’ 42nd Street Branch

December 6th from from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  |  Collins Community Credit Union

Have your child’s photo taken with Santa this year! Santa Claus will be at our 42nd Street branch from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2019. Kids will have the opportunity to visit with Santa, have their photo taken, and enjoy some treats. We ho-ho-hope to see you there!

Santa at Indian Creek Nature Center

December 7th from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  | Indian Creek Nature Center

Join us for our annual holiday fundraiser featuring fresh green decor, artisan gifts, frozen soups, appetizers, baked goods and, of course, family fun. We’ll have festive children’s crafts, magical winter nature walks, Santa visits and a variety of holiday vendors. Brewhemia will be onsite with coffee and hot chocolate available for purchase, and don’t forget to stop by Noel’s Attic for a selection of gently-used holiday décor!

Santa at the Farm

December 7th from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  |  Bass Farms

Join us for another year of Santa at the Farm! Come sit on Santa’s lap and give him your Christmas Wish List!! Grab a picture with Santa while you are here! (Please bring your own camera, BYOC:)

Santa, Snacks, & Stories

December 8th-9th, 15th-16th @ 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30  |  Brucemore Mansion

Enjoy a festive and memorable evening of holiday tradition! Children will participate in a craft, listen to holiday stories, and give Santa their wish-lists. In between activities, the first and second floors of the decked-out mansion will be open for exploration. Tickets: $7/child for members; $10/child for non-members **Be sure to get yours in advance!

Santa eXperience

December 8th from 11:00-2:00 p.m.  |  Palmer House Stables in Solon

Ho, Ho, Ho! Whether you want to dress up or come in your PJs, join us as we celebrate Santa in a more intimate way! This free event includes hot cocoa and cookies, craft time, and a photo op with Santa!

Breakfast with Santa

December 14th from 9:00-11:00 a.m.  |  Collins Road Hy-Vee

Enjoy breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 14 from 9-11 a.m. Photo opportunities available. FREE ornament craft for kids. Breakfast buffet $7.99, kids 12 and under $3.99 (beverage included)

Kaitlyn is the owner of Cedar Rapids Moms Blog and is an Iowa girl who has been married to her husband, Joshua, since 2007! She’s a busy work-at-home mama to their 5 children: 3 girls and 2 boys!
