Where to See Fireworks in the Corridor: 2020 Edition

With COVID-19, many 4th of July fireworks displays and festivals have been cancelled. However, there are still a few places you can see fireworks in the Corridor this 4th of July! Here’s a list!

July 3rd

Newhall Fireworks, July 3rd @ Dusk

Fireworks will be shot off at dusk on July 3rd by the water tower. Please watch from your car or follow social distancing guidelines. Get more details here.

Tama Fireworks, July 3rd @ 9:30 p.m.

Fireworks will be shot off in the outdoor arena behind the casino at 9:30 p.m.

Oxford Fireworks, July 3rd @ Dusk

Fireworks will be shot off at Creekside Park at dusk on July 3rd.

July 4th

Cedar Rapids Kernels, July 4th @ 9:30 p.m.

Kernels fans are invited to the July 4th Home Plate Bash presented by Alliant Energy! We will be welcoming fans into the stadium for live music by Not Quite Brothers, ballpark food, and fireworks! Gates open at 6:30 pm with live music from 7-9:30 pm. The fireworks show is slated to kick off right after the music is finished around 9:30 pm. Tickets are available for $10 or reserve a table of four people for $50. The concessions stands will be open along with the Bimm Ridder Diamond Shop! Coralville Drive-In Fireworks, July 4th @ 9:45 p.m.

Coralville is hosting drive-in fireworks at the Coralville Youth Sports Complex. Parking is allowed after 9:00 p.m. Social distancing is required and no tailgating is allowed. The show will also be shown live on Facebook! Get more details here.

Monticello Fireworks, July 4th @ Dusk

Fireworks will be shot off at dusk on July 4th at the Monticello Fairgrounds. Get more details here.

Washington Fireworks, July 4th @ Dusk

Fireworks will be shot off at the Washington County Fairgrounds at dusk on July 4th.

Waterloo Fireworks, July 4th @ 10:00 p.m.

Fireworks will be shot off on the south side of Waterloo at 10:00 p.m. People are encouraged to park at Lost Island Waterpark and the KOA campground to see the fireworks. Get more information here.

Williamsburg Fireworks, July 4th @ Dusk

Fireworks will be shot off near the Rec Center on July 4th at dusk.
